Shredded Brussel Sprouts

Happy recipe Thursday! I got a brand new recipe for you this week. I was inspired to cook some delicious Brussel sprouts after I got a small fresh bag in my organic produce box. I am sad to say goodbye to this amazing purple dragon organic produce co-op, but with the new job it is pretty difficult to know my schedule far in advance and be home to pick up the produce. In any case, I think you will really enjoy this recipe. If you are looking for a low sodium, no oil, low fat, but still delicious Brussel sprouts recipe, you have found it!

With just 4 ingredients you can create a delicious side dish for dinner, and the best part is it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare the entire recipe – talk about saving time in the kitchen.

I didn’t add salt because the Tamari sauce already has enough sodium, but you can add other spices like turmeric, black pepper, paprika, or anything else you enjoy adding as seasoning.

The full recipe video is again available on YouTube and don’t forget to pin this recipe to your favorite Pinterest recipe board. Enjoy!
