Did you know that salad dressings could be really unhealthy for you? I mean, what’s the point of eating a healthy salad if you end up screwing it up with the dressing. Store bought dressings usually have high sodium, fat and sugar content. If you knew that already, then you probably try to dress your salad with different flavored vinegar and maybe a touch of olive oil. Doing this could get a bit boring sometimes, that’s why I love experimenting with different flavors to create healthy salad dressings. Not only do I get to change things up, I love adding nutritional value to the dressing too, it feels like a “more complete” meal, especially if I am just eating a big salad for dinner.
This week’s recipe takes 5 minutes to make, so fast and so yummy. What I love about it is that it can not only be used as dressing for a salad, but also as spread for potatoes, sweet potatoes, toast, and dipping sauce for veggies like carrots, celery, and radishes. Bean Salad Dressing
A delicious dressing that is going to add even more nutrition to your salad, no oil, no added salt, just a few ingredients and minerals and fibers provided by the beans used in the dressing. Enjoy as salad dressing, or as a spread or dipping sauce. Really delicious!

Blend until all the ingredients are a paste
Add cilantro to taste if you would like
Blend all the ingredients again
